HOW DOES IT WORK?
We send a questionnaire to you. In the first section, your answers tell us general things like:
- who the song is for
- the occasion being celebrated
- the mood or emotion you’d like the song to have
- your preferred genre and tempo
The next section enables us to write a ‘person-specific’ song. We’ll ask about:
- how you met
- favorite memories
- funny stories
- kids, pets, hobbies
You pay $100 down payment

From the information that you’ve provided, we write a song tailored to the person and occasion. This is our stock in trade! We love creating this one-of-a-kind and very special gift.
Fees for custom songs start at only $599 ~ WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
We’ll write and record a demo version, then review it with you to determine whether there is content that you’d like to change or add. If needed, we’ll write and record a demo of the revised version.
Once we have your stamp of approval, we’ll do a basic studio recording in a singer-songwriter style with vocal and guitar, ukulele, or mandolin.
Once we have the balance of payment, we’ll put the recording onto a CD or thumb drive for you to have or give, as well as sending you a digital download.
You'll also get a copy of handwritten lyrics and a PDF of the lyrics suitable for framing.
WHAT IF I WANT ANOTHER REVISION?
If you decide you need another revision after the final approval has been given, we switch to a rate of $50 per hour.
